
Mr. Ahsan Sohail Anjum is a distinguished legal practitioner, scholar, and author with decades of experience in legal practice, research, and institutional administration. He has authored authoritative commentaries on major Pakistani laws, including the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Contract Act, and Pakistan Penal Code, as well as The Manual of Trade Marks, a recognized work on intellectual property law. His publications have received international academic recognition and are preserved in leading institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley Law Library.
He has also served as Secretary of the Government Employees Cooperative Housing Society, President of the Greater Lahore Cooperative Housing Society, and has been appointed as a Liquidator by the Honourable High Court. His extensive legal expertise and public service make him a valued member of the Advisory Board, supporting the College’s mission of legal excellence and professional development.

Mr. Syed Farhad Ali Shah, recipient of the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, is a distinguished legal practitioner and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with over two decades of experience in constitutional, criminal, and public law. He has served as Prosecutor General Punjab and as a Member of the Punjab Bar Council, making significant contributions to Pakistan’s criminal justice system and the legal profession.
He has also served as Adjunct Faculty at the School of Law and Policy, University of Management and Technology, Lahore, reflecting his commitment to legal education and mentorship. As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Shah brings exceptional expertise in advocacy, prosecution, legal administration, and academic engagement, strengthening the College’s commitment to legal excellence and professional development.

Justice (Retired) Khawaja Farooq Saeed is a distinguished jurist with over five decades of experience in law, taxation, judicial administration, and public service. After a successful legal practice, he served as Judicial Member and later Chairman of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal before being elevated as a Judge of the Lahore High Court in 2007, where he adjudicated constitutional, civil, commercial, and taxation matters.
Following his retirement, he served on the Board of Directors of The Bank of Punjab and as Chairman of the Punjab Health Initiative Management Company. A founding member of the All Pakistan Tax Bar Association, he has also represented Pakistan at numerous international legal and public policy forums. Justice (R) Khawaja Farooq Saeed brings exceptional judicial wisdom, taxation expertise, and administrative leadership to the Advisory Board, strengthening the College’s commitment to legal excellence, ethical practice, and the development of future legal professionals.

Dr. Dil Muhammad is a distinguished legal academic and educationist with decades of experience in legal education and academic leadership. He has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of the Punjab, Principal of the historic Punjab University Law College, and Dean of the School of Law at the University of South Asia, where he played a pivotal role in advancing legal education, research, and institutional development.
Recognized for his contributions to legal scholarship, curriculum development, and mentorship, Dr. Dil Muhammad brings extensive academic and administrative expertise to the Advisory Board. His association with the College strengthens its commitment to excellence in legal education, professional training, and the development of future legal professionals.

Justice (Retired) Nazir Ahmed Ghazi is a distinguished jurist, Islamic scholar, and public intellectual who served as a Judge of the Lahore High Court, where he made significant contributions to the administration of justice. Alongside his judicial career, he is widely respected for his scholarship in Islamic jurisprudence and his public lectures on law, ethics, and contemporary social issues. He has also hosted the religious television programme Noor-e-Sehar, promoting faith, moral values, and public awareness. As a member of the Advisory Board, Justice (R) Nazir Ahmed Ghazi brings exceptional judicial experience, intellectual insight, and ethical leadership, strengthening the College’s commitment to legal excellence and professional integrity.
