The School of Legal Excellence (SLE) offers a four-year LL.B programme affiliated with the University of the Punjab and accredited by the Pakistan Bar Council. Built in accordance with the Higher Education Commission's latest legal education framework, the programme combines rigorous legal education with practical training, professional development, mentorship, and real-world exposure. At SLE, students do not simply study law. They develop the knowledge, skills, mindset, and professional competencies required to succeed in the modern legal profession. Through our integrated Law Clinic, advocacy training, career accelerator initiatives, internships, legal technology exposure, and mentorship-based learning model, students are prepared for careers in litigation, judiciary, corporate law, public policy, legal consultancy, academia, and public service.

✓ Minimum 50% marks in the HEC Law Admission Test (LAT)

✓ Successful Admissions Interview

• Age must not exceed 24 years at the time of enrolment.

Programme Structure

The LLB programme is a comprehensive five-year degree designed to deliver in-depth legal education. It follows an annual examination system, with the first three years consisting of six core courses each, while the fourth and fifth years include seven courses each. Classes are held in the morning session on weekdays, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the curriculum. This structured approach provides a solid foundation in legal principles, preparing graduates for successful and impactful careers in law.

Upon completing the LLB degree, graduates must pass the Graduate Assessment Test (GAT), administered by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), to obtain a license to practice as an advocate.

Law Admission Test (LAT)

The Law Admission Test (LAT), conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is a mandatory requirement for admission into the LLB programme. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 50% to pass the test. SLE offers comprehensive preparation sessions for the LAT. For more information, please visit our campus.
