Applicants are required to submit:

✓ Eight (8) Passport-Size Photographs

✓ Attested Copies of Academic Certificates (Matric & Intermediate or Equivalent)

✓ Copy of CNIC or B-Form

✓ Copy of Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC

✓ LAT Result Card
